We have a great discussion about how community colleges can be a great option for many prospects. We talk about how his program looks to reload talent way more often than a traditional 4-year school. Lastly we focus on students shouldn't be so quick to dismiss going to a 2-year program and transferring to their desired school later on.

    We are excited to kick off our interview series with Leslie Fields, Director of Compliance at Xavier University. Leslie has worked at several D1 and D2 schools in a compliance capacity over the years. She is well-versed in college athletics and what student-athletes need to do in order to prepare to play in college. We cover what prospects need to do during high school to make sure they are able to play in college. We also talk about scholarships, limits, academic money and more.
