Coach Ponton used to be on the Men's side at CFCC, but has just made the transition over to the Women's program. We have a great discussion about how community colleges can be a great option for many prospects. We talk about how his program looks to reload talent way more often than a traditional 4-year school. Lastly we focus on students shouldn't be so quick to dismiss going to a 2-year program and transferring to their desired school later on.
